Returns Policy

  • Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your item(s) arrive, you have 3 days to report any damage. All defective or damage claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Anytime after that we will not be able to process damage claims with the shipper and we cannot be responsible for charges due to claims. If product arrives damaged, the customer must give SinksOnline 1 week to rectify the matter.
  • All returns must have an RGA number and must be clearly visible on the return package. Returns without this information cannot be received at our warehouse. Contact us for details before returning. Return Goods Authorization must be requested 7 days from date of receipt. The item must not have been installed, must be returned in the original packaging, and must be insured for full value. There are no exceptions to our return policies
